V.I.T.A.L. (Veterans Intervention Through Advocacy and Literacy) is a mission-first, veterans-led organization focused on helping our nation's heroes find stability, voice, and victory beyond the uniform. Whether facing the justice system or navigating disability claims, we stand beside you. Not just as advocates. But as fellow warriors who've been there.

Who We Serve
V.I.T.A.L. centers its work on justice-involved veterans. Individuals who've returned home but remain trapped in cycles of trauma, criminalization, and silence.
We also serve veterans navigating the complex and often dehumanizing process of securing disability compensation. Many of our clients face literacy barriers, housing instability, untreated PTSD, and a loss of identity. We meet them where they are, offering human-centered support backed by legal insight, advocacy training, and real-life experience.
Why It Matters
Veterans are overrepresented in the criminal justice system and underrepresented in the conversations about rehabilitation. Many face systemic obstacles in securing benefits they've earned. These are not failures of character...they are failures of systems. V.I.T.A.L. seeks to change that by intervening with compassion, empowering with knowledge, and advocating with purpose. Because when one veteran is left behind, we all lose.
